No Buttons working on any controller

If you're stuck on the "pull tab from controller" screen after the reset, try waiting on the screen for 5 minutes. This should advance to the controller pairing screen where you should be able to finish pairing the controllers.

 

I have tried above steps 2 or 3 times and still none of my buttons working is the controller broken or is there anything I can do to fix this.

Please answer the following:

  • Are there any other troubleshooting steps that you have attempted?
  • Have the controllers been paired to your headset before, or is this the first time?
  • Are you using any third-party accessories?
  • Are the batteries for the controllers brand new?
  • What is the status of the LED light on the controllers?
    • What color?
    • Are they flashing or solid?
  • Are there any other error messages that you are receiving?
    • Feel free to provide any screenshots, as they are helpful.
