Hey @J40NYR! @Choleni is correct that this promotion isn't available to the whole userbase, and users are selected at random for receiving the promotion. I don't think my personal account was selected for this promotion, either. I would've liked to have picked up a game or two myself at discount, but I know we run promotions pretty often; I know some of the games I want will pop up every-so-often at a nice discount in the future! 🙂

There is ZERO reference to being limited to selected groups of people. Where is this information allegedly coming from.
I call BS, or please show in the above T&Cs where it says so if I am being blind, else you are breaching your own T&Cs
It differentiates between advocates and friends, and that is it.....not "please give your friend this link....but oh by the way it might not work for that one so if not try another one....."
That's a great point, and I definitely understand your concern. On the page, a little further down, I think it talks about how we frequently run experiments and limitations with the program. I'd suggest taking a look through the full contents of the page to be best informed on the terms of the program in the UK.
