Hi-
I am attempting to use the Oculus Remote Desktop Audio Device input on Mac, but it does not register any audio. When I'm in Workrooms, the audio works fine. If I go to Settings->Sound and select the device, I do not see the input levels increase when speaking while having the headset on. Can anyone help get that working?

I am experiencing the same issue. It's persisted across many versions of Quest OS as well as Workrooms. Upon my own investigation, it appears it is sending the audio input to the output, as when I have audio playing the input level moves - but unless I change to a different mic than MQRD's audio device, no one can hear me in any app.

Hey there! Thank you for letting us know regarding the experience you were having. I would highly recommend submitting a bug report with the developer about this might be a bug.

This issue is driving me crazy. Even better, the customer support reps that I have reached out to had the audacity to copy and paste the instructions from the Meta website that anyone with above a room temperature IQ has already investigated and performed. Then they tell me to sit tight while someone with more qualifications handles my request in multiple business days. I purchased my Quest Pro specifically for the Remote Desktop capability to use for working from home. So what do I do? I try and bypass the audio driver troubles by using Bluetooth headphones. How does the Remote Desktop software respond on my MacBook Pro? It gives me a fat middle finger and automatically switches my computer back to its audio driver that’s buggier than a Chicago drain pipe. I can reliably predict that the tech support department is going to jack me around until I give up on trying to get my problem fixed because that is what happens EVERY TIME I contact meta support. I am BEGGING Meta support and engineering to fix their Remote Desktop audio driver or at least tell me what I have to do so I can fix it myself. Please at least pretend like the functionality of the very expensive hardware I purchased to improve my workflow matters to this company by fixing the software or telling me how to fix this problem.

Apparently the audio only works with Workrooms and not directly with Remote Desktop (at least in macOS).
