No display in right eye

azor1985
Explorer

Yesterday i was doing excercises in quest and i noticed that sometimes screen blinked and screeen brightness was changing (blinking). I thought maybe is overheated or its low battery. So I charges headset and had again normal brightness and screen on right eye. Today when i try to run quest3 right eye is black and not responding. I have done fabrical reset like in familiar post but it still not responding. Im using headset for excercises and relax (movies). I have extra cooling system with radiators that is taking heat from headset. I dismounted all extra features that I have for headset. Please let me know what I can do to get back again to my activities.

With regards

Leszek

I accidentally pressed accept solution, but it is not solved. Maybe there was drop of sweat, but Im usually carefoul with electronics to not have any wet inside, and Im cleaning it very often with microfibre cleaning material. I have extra cooling system to prevent from moist to cover lenses, but sometimes even that is not helping.

Im playing only at home situation appeared to be not connected with any aplication or specific situations.

I have tried to charge headset fully, checked it withouth any accessories, uninstall few aplications to check if memmory have something to do with that (I know it cant be that, but just to make sure). I have restart headset to factory settings.

I invested lots of money in equipment and games so that is why its so important to me.

I have this headset for almost 6 months.

Im very surprised that in that kind of short time my quest 3 can have issues.

I experience earlier somekind of blinking screen on right eye, specificly brighness changes. But it was usually for few seconds. I thought that this is caused by aplication when loading data.
