My MetaQuest 3 stopped tracking my controllers and my hands.
On loading, it gets stuck in the set boundary screen. I long pressed the power button and then in the Power menu it can track my controllers. Pressing the menu of meta button does nothing and doesn't get me to a menu. I rerestarted the device and it gets stuck in the set boundary screen where it doesn't track my controller or hands.
I've factory reset the device and it is able to track my controllers when it starts up. I can select my wifi network, type in the password and continue through with the controllers. I connect with the mobile device, activate hand tracking and go through all the setup screens.
The metaquest 3 then gets stuck on the welcome screen 'Welcome Let's Get Started' and it no longer tracks the controllers or my hands. I've tried pressing the buttons on the controllers and they don't do anything.
Controllers have 100% battery. I have taken the batter out for 30 seconds and put them back in. Nothing. My room is no different and the lighting in no different than what it's been in the past when it work flawlessly.
Please help me troubleshoot this.

Can you give hard rebooting the headset a go now that you've done a factory reset and let us know if that changes anything?

Thanks so much for the reply.
I did the hard restart - "Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds. " I waited a couple minutes and then started it back up.
It is arrives at the 'Welcome! Let's get started' page and doesn't recognize hand gestures or the controllers.
I also tried long pressing the power button, selected restarted and had the same issue occur.
