I’ve been trying for 6 weeks to get my account unlocked, it started after my MQ3 overheated on my face and I got a refurb replacement. Since then I needed to prove I was over 13, I tried the links sent but the mobile security pin code wouldn’t work, I kept trying but then the account locked as it passed the date need to verify.
Now 6 weeks on all the store support does is send me links and say engineers are looking at it, I’ve sent in ID, confirmation of purchases, confirmation of payment method, videos of problems but Meta do nothing. All this time I can’t use the quest and the warrenty is running out.
I’ve now emailed directly to many MZ office of this unacceptable service, not sure I will hear but you never know. What is the matter with meta, I just need to get back into my account so I can use the VR headset again, I’d start a new account but will loss all my purchases.
If anyone has got a solution please help as it’s doing my head in.
