No idea what i'm doing

 Ok, I have no idea what I'm doing. I recently had my Facebook along with Facebook Business page suspended. 

When I try to log in the above message appears...so my Instagram account hohuyenngoc1597 didn't follow the rules.

I have no idea what this account is and don't know how to appeal!! I don't know if I've been hacked by this hohuyenngoc1597 or what!? If I've actually done something wrong I have no idea what or how to find out...

I try the link to log into my Instagram but there are no prompts and I've gone around and around in circles and gone down more and more infuriating rabbit holes. 

One of these rabbit holes led me here (I don't even fully know what this platform even is to be honest (please don't judge).

I just so desperately needed to contact/talk to anybody that may be able to help me fix this problem. Even just shed a little light on what any of this means...

So I guess I'm a bit of a tourist in this forum, but if anyone can help...please do. I'm at a loss and losing my mind.
