No image from one of Meta Quest 2 cameras in transparency mode/during AR games

Hello, Meta community! I have a problem with the lower left camera on Meta Quest 2 (firmware version: 59). The essence of the problem is that the glasses stop displaying the image from the left camera (that is, to the left eye). In transparency mode and in augmented reality games, often, only the right camera shows the image. And on the left eye, everything is just black, only the system/game interface is shown. Restarting the glasses fixes the problem, but after a while, the left camera stops showing the image again.
The glasses get the image, as I found out, and when closing all cameras except the bottom left, the glasses continue to track movements, tracking Touch controllers and hands normally. However, they do not display the image from the left camera. The problem has been going on for about two weeks now, and I've tried factory reset, but that didn't solve the problem.
Also, what I've noticed: the left camera image doesn't suddenly disappear, meaning there's no such thing as it disappearing the moment I use the transparency mode or play augmented reality games. The camera image stops showing after logging into some game/application. And it doesn't always happen, sometimes, the camera continues to work normally. That is, there is no particular consistency to it.
Maybe someone has encountered this problem. I would be grateful for hints on possible causes and methods of solving this problem ❤️

Hey @Danuk18! It's definitely pretty difficult to get fully immersed in the content when you can only see out of one lens! We'd love to help out with clearing up the issue! We've seen some users have this issue before, and a fix that has worked in the past for them was by disabling the space sense feature.

  1. Select Settings in the top right corner.
  2. Select Boundary, then select Roomscale.
  3. Scroll down and select Space Sense, then select the toggle next to Space Sense to turn this feature on or off.

If that doesn't work out for you, please let us know, and we'll see what else we can give a shot!

Thanks for the quick response! 🤩

It really did work. Now, it's working fine for me.

Hopefully Meta will fix this issue and everyone who has a problem with this will be able to use Space Sense normally again 🥺
