You can enable notifications from your mobile applications or directly from your headset.
Here's an article explaining how to enable notifications, but first you need to make sure that notifications are enabled for the scoreboard, the device, and the apps themselves.

Thanks for the reply, all settings are set to "on" and it's all games, all notifications when I'm in a game, I get on screen notifications when just in the home screen, but as soon as I play a game I get nothing 😔
I wish it was that! Was the first thing I thought of, still not working today, got an achievement in Moss and nothing, not sure whether to do a factory reset as this must be a software issue.
