No longer seeing purchased apps on Oculus VR headset

Hi Everyone!  Hope you're having a great Sunday.

My son has an Oculus headset that was purchased about a year and a half ago.  At the time, we purchased three games (Vacation Simulator, Jurassic World Aftermath, and I Expect You To Die.  He hasn't used the headset for about a year.  Now he is trying to use the games again, but none of the apps appear in his Library when he's on his headset.  They do appear on our Meta account.

Any suggestions?  Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a couple of potential reasons why this might.

- Logged in to the headset using a secondary account. If the primary account owns the games but doesn't have app sharing enabled, the secondary account won't see the games.

- Set up the headset again (factory reset, etc) making a new account. Since games are owned by accounts, not headsets, the games won't appear, This could also happen if something went wrong when converting from an Oculus or Facebook account to a Meta account, some people accidentally made new accounts rather than convert their existing accounts.

- When you connect to a PC (using Link or Airlink) a Quest will stop showing the Quest library of games and instead show the Rift library. If you don't own the Rift versions of games then you won't see them when connected to the PC (disconnecting brings back the Quest library).

Hey there, @dinosaurboi2015. Those are awesome game selections, and we'd love to make sure you and your family are able to access these titles once more, so we'd be happy to lend a helping hand!

To get us started, we do want to make sure the account on the headset and the account on the mobile app match. If not, we will want to Factory Reset the device in order to pair the correct account. Of course, if the accounts do match, do send us a PM, as we'd like to look further into the account. To do so, either select our name to get to our profile page, or click here while signed in to the community. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us!
