I recently bought Virtual Desktop on the oculus quest 2 store for $20. When I asked for a refund, it let me, and I got on my oculus, and it was gone. However, 6 days have passed, and my card still only has 13 dollars on it. As well as that, my card now declines anything when I try to buy stuff on the Oculus store and on any other website. It is a vanilla visa debit gift card.
