How do I register an official complaint please? 

It has been four weeks now since my account was blocked for no reason whatsoever. One day I was directed to confirm my date of birth before 30th October or lose access to my account. Since then I have attempted on numerous occasions to confirm my age via the payment method and ID method and neither have worked. I was instructed to clear caches, use a different browser, and various other things, all which did not work. All I get is an error message no matter what device I use, and it states the "site owner has blocked this content".

I have contacted Meta via email over 10 times highlighting my issues and asking for help, I have also contacted them via Chat even more times and nobody has helped me. All I get told is my message has been passed the the team and my issue has been prioritised, yet all I have received in 4 weeks is generic emails from different people offering me pointless advice. At the time of writing it has been 8 days since I replied to their last email.and still.nobody has contacted me or fixed my issue. 

I have £100's worth of games on my account, not to mention the price both the Quest 2 and Quest 3 cost me, and I can't use either of them!

It should not be this hard to get help from such a large company focused on customer service. Therefore I have no option but to male an official complaint via Ofcom, and need to register an official complaint with Meta first and get the reference number to give them, how do I go about doing this please?

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing similar issues. My experience of Meta support is the same. Lots of messages with generic ‘try this’ solutions that I suspect are AI-generated. The company must be losing a lot of money due to lack of proper tech support. I am now looking into legal options as the headset I purchased is no longer fit for purpose.
