I recently found out from an email that i need to change my sons account type to a child account instead of a regular account because its not the correct account type for his age, but the email i got only has an option for proving that he is 13 or older, but he isnt and cant provide a sufficient id because of this. Some other images ive seen has an option below this to convert his account to a 10-12 account, but our email doesnt have this. Ive been looking and i found that child accounts cant be the admin account, so maybe because his normal account is the admin of the headset, we need to factory reset it and make my account the admin instead, and then we will get the option. Ill be commenting the results when i test this, both for future reference for others and in case this isnt the solution, so i can get help. I just dont want his game progress and purchases to go to waste, as he has been using his headset for a few years now.

Hey there @KikoPlays22. We really want to make sure you're able to get all the information needed for your son's account. Factory data resetting the device will allow you to make a parent account as the admin account, but will not resolve the issue with your son's account since it was flagged for an age checkpoint process. Since he is not 13 years of age or older, you'll want to use the link here to make your son's account a parent managed account. This will link his account to yours, with your's being the main account. This will change the access he has to games that were previously purchased. For more information on how a parent managed account will affect app availability moving forward, please reference the highlighted area in this article here. If you encounter any issues, let us know. We look forward to your response.

I found that he has enabled developer mode and is unable to convert his account. Would it be fine if i took over his account and made it the admin account (so he can play his games) and made a child account for him to play on?
