No option to Sync a video. Is it too long?

I'm trying to sync a video about an hour long but I don't have the option to sync. Is the file too big?

More than likely, I had the same issue for a long time. Started making sure recording sessions only go on for 30 minutes or less.

I know just enough about tech to look like I know what I'm doing.

I have the same problem, but my video is only 22 min long.

There no sync, or share option.

pls help
