Hi, I recently purchased bonelab, but now I’ve done that there’s no option to download and install the game, it’s just sat in my purchases. I’ve tried logging into the app to install it from there but there’s no button option to install it, no idea what to do - hopefully I haven’t wasted £30 on a game I can’t play! Any help welcome

When wearing the Quest, go into the App Library (last icon on the right on the dash bar) then at the top right click on the list box and select Not Installed. Does Bonelab appear now? If so, click on it and it will install.
There's a chance you bought the game from the Rift store instead of the Quest store. That's ok in this case because Bonelab is cross-buy, meaning buying on one (Meta) store gives you a free copy on the other (Meta) store. But it's not automatic. You have to buy the game a second time (on the other store), but the price will be listed as Free.

Hey there, @SheepsQuesticles! We've sent you a PM with some troubleshooting steps. For anyone else that may see this, factory resetting the headset will usually resolve this issue and get the install button to come back instead of just being a loading symbol. The steps for this are below:
From the Headset:
We hope this helps!

Hello, thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately this hasn’t be able to solve my problem. Still faced with the same issue in the store (on the app and on the headset). I own the game on the quest store so I don’t think this is the issue. I have also tried checked the ‘not installed’ section and it doesn’t appear here.
I have just finished doing a full factory reset and this also didn’t solve the problem.

Hi, thanks for the response. I have performed the factory reset, performed a software update required and I still have the same issue with the loading symbol and no option to install. Any further suggestions appreciated - although I am starting to think I may just request a refund.

Hey there, @SheepsQuesticles. That's strange that the factory reset wasn't able to help, if you'd like to refund the game then feel free to send us another PM and we can discuss that. You could try to repurchase it afterwards and see if that solves the issue, though that's all up to you. Let us know what you decide you'd like to do!

So your saying I have to "pay" for it, then how would I get it? Is there like a code you have to use in the headset?

If you already own the game on the Rift store, then when you go to the game on the Quest store instead of a button that says the price there will be a button that says "Get". Select that and you'll own the game.
(Back two years ago when I wrote that the button would say "Free". They've since changed it to say "Get")

So I bought it off the oculus store, in the headset (because it was on sale) but I don't know how I would prove to the store page of Bonelab that I actually own the game, because whenever I go on the page it says, "39.99" when I click it, it wants me to purchase it again.
So I don't know how I could like prove it to them that I have the game, and there the same accounts.
