I cannot see an option to live stream/cast straight to Facebook and I've seen this should be back from v57.
I'm on v60, Facebook apps installed, account linked, headset up to date. Am I missing anything? Only options are to the app, browser and my chromecast.
I'm in the UK if that makes any difference from a roll out perspective?

Hey, @FPC76! I wanted to chime in real quick on this and see if the link still showed the release notes for v60.0 back in December. If it does, I found the public thread here on the forums that also talks about the v62.0 release notes. If you have any questions, you can let us know or post on the thread, and we can try to answer them as best we can. Hope this information helps!

When the release of software version 56 became available, one added feature was the ability to livestream to Facebook. However, this feature was launched as an experiment and may not be available to everyone. We hope this was able to answer your question. Could you expand on when this feature will be available for others? Also is there any option to opt into it like other experimental features?
It does feel quite unfair if there is a user base with these additional features that others don't have - putting it through your experimental features options in the headset settings would be an ideal solution?

You never gave an answer to @Xanphis. When will the feature to stream from Quest to Facebook be available to everyone? I keep getting the run around on this question as well. So?

"as that feature develops more and more users will utilize it...." is such as bulls**t answer. There's nothing to develop with it, it was working perfectly and rolled out to everone then Meta decided to remove it only to bring it back for only a handfull of users. 6 months after bringing it back it's still not accessible to everyone. How hard is it to turn back on again for everyone since it was already there?! It's coming across that Meta don't actually care what their users want from a VR Headset.
exactly what I am thinking. They don't wantus streaming to youtube or twitch, so they remove the ability. Then give it back to people who made facebook/meta money. Next time, I'll buy elsewhere

It's not back. The issue is that Facebook brought it back in V56 (in July) for users Meta deemed worthy and not for all user. When it was originally available it was there for everyone then for some unknown reason Meta removed it. V56 on Quest 3 and whatever the latest OS version on Quest 2 both still don't have access to Live Stream to anywhere even Meta's own Facebook. Now I can 100% understand... kind-off, why Meta doesn't want users Live Streaming to YouTube or Twitch (maybe sees them are rival platforms) but not allowing Live Streaming to their own platform is just plain stupid. Live Streaming, espically to YouTube and Twitch, would in the long run only boost their Quest sales.
