No order confirmation or information?

Hey, I ordered the quest 2, I got an order number but I still don't have any email or anything. No bank/PayPal confirmation or pending order, I have no information on what's going on, I don't even know if the payment was even successful or cancelled. 

 

I tried logging in as guest and it said my email and order number is incorrect. Is there any way to get some information about the stage my order is at? Currently I have no information what so ever, just the screenshot of the "Thanks for your purchase, here's your order number".

Pretty sure it has to do with the release date of the 128 gb model. Your order is probably just qued for the time being.

Ah yeah, I guess they have to deal with thousands of orders so it may take a while to process all of them.
