I have the problem that the controllers do not pair with the replaced headset!
My attempts:
- After being prompted to remove the tabs, wait 20min until prompted to press Y+Menu until it vibrates and goes into pairing mode.
- Press X + 5x menu button
- Remove the batteries for a longer period of time
- Reset the headset
As soon as batteries are inserted, the info appears: Left / Right Controller update in progress (failed)
The headset cannot be set up in this way to connect it to the app.
I have now written over 20 emails to support and get the same answer every time about how to connect the controllers.
I can't get any help from support to solve this problem or to send me a new headset!
