No referral credit recieved after almost 30 days

Was sent a referral from a friend and clicked it. Almost 30 days later and no credit. Tried to activate the referral again and it says "There was an issue accepting this referral. You may not be eligible because the country or region is not supported, you referred yourself, or you already accepted this referral." I am in America, so it's not a country thing. I did already accept it, but that does me no good if I never receive it.

Keep checking my account, but still no credit.

I am receiving emails asking me to mark a response as a solution. There has been no solution. I am getting what seem to be form replies, and emails asking if everything has been taken care of to my satisfaction.

There have been no solutions offered or attempted. My account still does not have the referral amount credited to my account and the little I have left there will expire in a bit over a month.

So far, the people that are supposed to be helping those of us that need it have been sorely lacking. This does not say much for Meta or it's people and policies. I am almost sorry I purchased a VR headset from you.
