I find this to be ridiculous. I started a PokerStars subscription a while back to try it out. And then I believed I cancelled it (I was wrong apparently) as today I’ve found out through PayPal that I’ve been paying 25 a month for the last 8mo to a year… I contacted support and told them they said they don’t do refunds. And I’m here confused because I’d understand if I played the game.. but I don’t. I haven’t logged in, in around if not over 6 months. And if I have I didn’t even play a hand. And meta/PokerStars can see that. They can see your activity, hands played, last log in and log in time. So they know Ive been paying a subscription for a long time now, that I didn’t use, and I told them that’s because I was unaware I was still paying for it, as I believed I had cancelled said subscription. So while they know I didn’t use said subscription, and have said so and why, and they can see that what I’m saying is true. I still get no help. I’d understand if I played the game and was complaining that I didn’t like the service I got, but that’s not the case. I really hope ppl see this and hopefully it can be resolved. As right now this will turn many away from meta. Including me.

With a subscription you get the ability to use something(a game or whatever).....not using it, does not make you eligible for a refund.
I have a Vive Infinity subscription that I haven't used in months.
But the fact that I still pay for it every month is MY problem.
I can't blame Viveport for that, just as Meta can't be blamed for the money you paid for a subscription you didn't use.
They fulfilled the contract and offers you/me the game(s).
Now you're saying you didn't know the subscription was still valid.
It's the same thing: You can't blame anyone if you don't check your banking activity and go months without noticing you're being charged for a subscription.
Don't misunderstand me....I understand your frustration, but I think, in this case you'll out of luck getting refund.
