No replacement for bricked quest 2, I NEED HELP

I need help! I don't know what else to do at this point. Meta Support is supposed to send me a replacement headset. A month has passed and still nothing. How can I escalate this issue? I have been in contact with support for a month. They keep saying our internal team will contact you. They've been saying that all along.
