No sound

My headset was working fine a few days ago and I turned it on yesterday and there was no sound at all, not even on the boot screen after I turned it on. Idk if it is because of a recent update or what. I've factory reset it, checked if there was any devices connected (there wasn't) not muted, volume max, connected to a device to fix it and still no sound then i disconnected the device idk what else to do I don't have the receipt and I don't want to pay another $600 for another headset pls help!!

Hey there, @splatatude! We know how important it is to be able to hear your games when you play them! We would love to investigate this further with you. It seems that you've done a lot of troubleshooting so far, so thank you for that! One recommendation we have is that if you tried the factory reset from the headset previously, it may be good to try from the mobile application instead to see if that makes a difference.
