I too Am experiencing the Same Trouble. Meta's Chat support seems to be unhelpful since no agent is available to assist me during business hours. I recently purchased my Quest 3 Last weekend.
I think Meta only gives you the $60 credit if you create a new Meta account in the headset or something. Seems weird they wouldn't offer the credit to people who already have Meta accounts but haven't upgraded to Quest 3 yet, but idk.
