No support response to my case #07990662

  • I sent in a support request for my Meta 3S back on February 20, 2025. There is a smudge on the interior of the lens which I cannot clean. I didn’t hear anything and they got an automated support email on March 3, 2025. I responded  I didn’t hear anything and they got an automated support email on March 3, 2025. I responded that I still needed help that I still needed help. I received a response that same day requesting information about my headset. I gather the information and sent it back the same day. Since then I have received for automated support requests and each time I have responded that I sent them the information they requested. They have sent me automated emails every about 3-4 days. I keep responding that I need help. But there is no phone number to follow up and I am at the mercy of the email support system. Why am I not getting a response for all the information I sent in?
