I have been experiencing some issues with my quest 2.
when I turn the headset on I cannot hand track or use the controls
I have unpaired and repaired the controls multiple times this does not work. I’ve cleaned the cameras. I’ve cleaned the entire device properly and still nothing works
are there any suggestions other than a factory reset that can help us get this quest to track again
