‘Non existing’ complaints procedure

@MetaQuestHelp I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support regarding a defect on my Oculus Quest 2 caused by a failed software update. I’ve been refused a formal complaints process and redirected to a forum — completely unacceptable.

Please see your obligations under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act:

 

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must:

  • Be fit for purpose
  • Last a reasonable amount of time
  • Not fail due to manufacturer-induced faults (like forced software updates)

Please advise how I escalate this properly. #MetaQuestSupport
