My Oculus remote simply will not turn on. I've swapped the battery and ensured that no remnants of the plastic strip exist. My XBox Controller's wireless dongle will not activate when I press the button either. Windows can see that it is plugged in, but I can't sync anything.
This is unbearably frustrating. I just upgraded my PC, too. So, these devices fail with two different hardware configurations. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Every time I boot up I have to unplug the controller dongle and replug it before it will wake up, and then after that starting up the controller makes it work. The remote is blue tooth isn't it? Try pairing it again.
