I received my Meta Quest 3 as a gift in mid-November, and I haven’t been able to make any purchases. I tried to add my PayPal account, but it was rejected. I also attempted to add three different credit cards, but none of them worked. After going back and forth with support, they were finally able to add a credit card to my account. However, I’m still unable to make any purchases.
They provided me with Meta Store credits as compensation for the inconvenience, but I can't even use those. The support team kept blaming my credit card companies, but when I contacted them, they confirmed that there were no transactions from the Meta Store and no blocks on my account.
As of today, I have not received any further assistance from support, and I'm left with a Quest 3 headset that can only access free apps, which really diminishes the experience. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Me too, I get the same issue and contacted them, but nothing fixed yet.
They just ask about the same questions everytime: the ticket number, fullname, account name, said "we will get back to you soon" then disappear.
I am so frustrated.

Thank you for your support. I received the email notify me that now I can purchase again but it is still not working (even after I restarted my Quest). Photo is shown in attachment. Could you check for me please?

Yep! This the same message I get! It's so frustrating as I'm about to travel and I was excited to use this on the plane but it seems like that's not going to happen.

After years and years of emailing, they said that "It's frustrating when issues like these arise, but your idea of reaching out to your financial institution is a solid next step". Haha.

I have had the same problem for two weeks. I have now had my 14th reply from Meta that things now are OK. But still not able to purchase anything or at PayPal as alternative payment method
