I noticed that when a friend msg me or sends me a game invite, I don’t receive a notification & the only way I can tell is when it pops up on my Apple watch or phone, all my settings are clicked on to receive notification’s on my Oculus Quest.
Is any one else having these issues??

I'm not sure if anybody else is trying too for this. But after reseting my heaset about more than 20 times now. The issue just stays at this point. Even after factory reseting and starting fresh the notifications are gone from getgo. It is iffy because sometimes it shows up after factory reset, but mostly it just dosnt work now. But i was able to narrow it down to a few things that i think are breaking it. I would like to know which options you guys had on or were changing when you first experienced the issue is you can remember. It will likely help me narrow down even more.
The options that i think break the system so far are. The notification tab on settings on the quest itself and alert tab on phone app. 60 hz controller tracking. And hand tracking with auto switch. (For some reason everytime it has worked it didnt break with autoswitch not on.)
These are some options I firmly believe could be responsible but i need to take a deeper look. So any of your input on this matter will be really appreciated.
Thank you guys again.
This issue keeps getting more and more frustrating everyday. And its sad to see that we have to do the work of a trillion dollar company to fix their products and find where exactly the issue starts. As a developer for oculus this is really disappointing.

To throw you out of the loop, I was just playing Population One the other day, the notifications just all of a sudden started working, they worked for a total of about 35 mins, then they stopped, went back to the set up page and never worked. I gave up factory resetting a long time ago and this is my second quest 2 as the issue started 3 days after I bought my first one, so I returned it for another one thinking it was the headset only to find out the new one has the same issue. After factory resetting 40ish times I gave up because it only worked the first 15 mins or it didn't work at all then the other day during Population One this happened so I have no freaking clue. As a full-time program developer for a fortune 500 company that handles government contracts my supervisor, my supervisor's supervisor, my VP, and my CTO would be on my ass if something like this was going on this long and I hadn't found the issue and a fix.

Glad to see that yours are working. With the update mine have quit working again. I really don’t understand how they haven’t fixed this issue for everyone yet. It’s baffling.

I feel like I can’t complain as I haven’t had my headset that long but my notifications failed the moment I connected my iphone to my headset. All notifications accept for the iPhone notifications are not working. I’ve factory reset, deleted headset from iPhone and still nothing. Hope this is fixed soon.
