Not able to access my account because of security purpose

Hi Team,

Around two years ago in December, Facebook requested account verification. I submitted my passport and an official government document. Since I work in the UAE, my ID includes my father's name, which differs from my passport. They asked me to resubmit the documents, and since then, the status has been stuck at "We are reviewing your ID."

Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I haven't received any response. Could you please guide me on what steps to take next?
