Not able to refund game when I just got it?

I just got a plane game, and I realized it did not like it that much, when I try to refund, which I have done many times before maybe too many, but it gives me an error that I have reach exceptional refund quota, if someone could tell me what I have to do that would be very nice. Thank you

@Garnetstrong  I think your best bet is to contact meta support, preferably through their Chat option.  Have your order number and login details available since they’ll ask you for these.  Plus a reason why you want to return the game.  I recently went through this process and got a refund ok.  Good luck mate and cheers.
