I can’t get my sons be headset to connect, and the screen inside the headset in just black and turns off after a couple seconds. We did get a charging base for it and then we went out of town after I don’t know if that’s the problem or not please help me out. Signed one tired mama
@gilman101016 is this a brand new headset from a retailer, and are you having trouble trying to connect it to a mobile app. You need the latest latest mobile app version and phone bluetooth turned on.
