Hello, whenever I play gorilla tag, it ends up kicking me from the game and saying I don't have enough memory to play it. However, I checked this, and I should have enough. I'm confused to why I get kicked when I have enough memory. I tried uninstalling a few games and deleting some videos and it did nothing. Please help 😞

Thank you for reaching out about this @VroomVroomGoes, we know how important it is to keep any game running without crashing, and we would love to assist you in this to see if we can get these issues cleared up for these Gorilla Tag memory issues. First, it is important to keep in mind that Memory is not always storage space. clearing and deleting games would clear some storage space. But for computers memory typically refers to RAM (Random Access Memory) which is required for most any computer to properly run. Since Gorilla tag is giving a warning about memory, it likely is running out of ram which can happen for a few reasons.
To troubleshoot, please try deleting Gorilla tag from your headset, restarting your headset by pressing and holding, then selecting power off (Not restart), wait 5-10 minutes then turn the headset back on and re-install the application. If you are still having issues after this, please reach back out and let us know how it goes, and what device you have we would love to look into this further!

Hey again @VroomVroomGoes, Have you had the opportunity to uninstall and reinstall Gorilla Tag from your headset? You may also want to consider reaching out to the developers as another source of support as this seems to be an issue isolated to Gorilla Tag: https://support.gorillatagvr.com.

I, as well as NUMEROUS others, are having the same issue on vrchat. Having tried every solution except for factory reset...NOTHING WORKS! Some say it's because vrchat requires 10gb of RAM and the Q2 only has 6bg of RAM. Please read the countless negative feedbacks on vrchat in the meta app. This is so depressing !

When you're starting your game, at what point in the process does the game boot you out?
Do you usually join big lobbies?

I have the exact same issue and I have 120gigs left. I have tried everything mentioned from meta. But still no solution.

Have you been able to play this before without any issues?
Which device are you currently using (Quest, Quest 2, Quest Pro, Quest 3)?
Are you receiving any error messages, if so, what do they say?
You mentioned attempting everything, could you please walk us through what troubleshooting steps you have already tried?
