Not received Referral credit

I have activated device with my friends referral link. But still dont any credits yet. Is there a min timeline before it shows up in account.

Hello there! We see you have not received your referral credit when activating your device. When the device was activated it takes 7 days from activation for the credit to show up in your account. As long as the steps that are shown here have been meet! 

 

if when the 7 days passed and there is still no credit please reach out and let us know! We will be more than happy to assist.

Looks like I have same problem , let me wait for 7 days ? 

Hi there! If the device was activated recently and it has not passed 7 days we do recommend waiting. The referral process is completed and credits are added to the accounts from 7 days of activation of the device. 

By selecting our name to get to our profile page, or click here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message.

 

However, if 7 days have passed and there is no credit you can send us a PM!
