Not received the £23 from a referral

I purchased 2 x Oculus Quest 2's and accepted a referral for each of them.

I have activated both of them and only received £23.00 on one account but i ain't received anything on the other account.

It's this account i am logged into on this site that ain't received anything.

Both was activated on the 11/11/2022

Please advise.
