Not receiving confirmation email

Hi. I am trying to migrate my account from an oculus 2 that I own to an oculus 3 that another family member owns. I keep entering the email of the account I want to add to the profiles list, but I never receive the email. This is getting pretty frustrating, and before you ask, yes I have checked every single folder, spam, trash, promos, etc. I don’t know what to do.
