Need to do a pin reset but not receiving the emails to do so

Hey @Jax0nWh06! We know resetting your Pin should be something that's relatively easygoing, so we'd love to lend a hand. 

Seeing as it is a self service option, we wouldn't be able to provide the email ourselves. 

 

With that being said, we can still test out the following:

  1. Try to request the email from a different network. (Hotspot, cell data, etc.)
  2. Try to request it from a different browser. (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
  3. Check to see if you can receive password reset emails from our system (auth.meta.com/forgot_password)

same thing is happening to me, cant reset password and none of the solutions work
