Just got the oculus quest 2. Did the set up and played one game then it turned off suddenly. (It showed as 54%battery when started playing the game) i plugged it in and a red light started blinking. Could not turn the headset back on since. I left it in the original charger for at least 3 hrs. Any idea what to do?

Hey @Mariaz88, We are hate to see that your device is giving you trouble. In order to assist you solve the problem and get back online, we want to see what troubleshooting we can do. Does it appear as though the device is in a power cycle when it shuts off? Or does the appliance appear to be partially malfunctioning? Have you tried to factory reset the device or update the device in anyway? Please let us know of any error messages or any troubleshooting you have already done so that we can diagnose the problem correctly. Thank you so much.
