*UPDATE* -- I was able to get it running after trying to plug the Rift into a random array of USB / HDMI Ports.
I've downloaded and Installed elite dangerous for my PC via Oculus Home. I launch it, and tells me to log in via PC so I take off the headset logged in, put the headset back on, and now I'm getting the "Sorry, %%%%% is taking unusually long.. blah blah blah" it does that with every game I've tried, even with vorpX running. I have no antivirus installed and the windows ones are all disabled. What should I try now?

CPU - i7 6700k RAM - 32GB OS Drive - 512 M2 SSD Game Drive - 1TB Samsung Evo Video Card - 2x GTX 1080's
Does it not load? It says that on mine but it starts after about 20 to 30 seconds. My machine isn't as powerful as yours.
CPU - I7 2600k Ram - 16 gb os drive - 256 gb SSD Game Drive - 500 gb partition Video Card - 1 x GTX 1060
The game doesn't play slow or take a long time to load anything at all for me, neither loading the game or while playing.
Usually what happens for me is when I start a game Oculus home launches, I put on my headset, and it sits at loading... then I take my headset off and my monitor is black but I can hear sounds coming from the game, just not seeing anything.
Oh, and the only game I've gotten to work on oculus is Lucky's Tale and Virtual Desktop Works as well.. not even Mincraft Windows 10 Beta works.. and of course Elite Dangerous doesn't nor does GTA V.
