Nothing wanting to load on Quest 3

Roc.72

So I've had my quest 3 for several months and so far so good. Up until today when I decide to boot it up to take part in the August Sale. And to my surprise barely anything seems to function. Like I can sometimes get to the store. But usually when I get to the sale page it'll just say loading sale. Sometimes it actually appears. Half of my icons for my games aren't loading in. Any of my games I attempt to play; Beat Saber, Cave Digger 2, Ragnarock, etc, all enter their loading screen, but then nothing, just the three little dots below the splash art of whatever game and no further. Furthermore I can't hit the quest button to back out. I have to tap the headset to enter passthrough to get out. I've tried deleting things. Nothing will delete. Doesn't even try to. I click the button. It says that deleting may delete my saves. I click okay, nothing.

I've restarted it several times. Nothing, made sure my battery was decently charged. Checked to see if there was an update available. Nothing. I have no idea what to do.

Currently it seems hit and miss. After turning it off and on about 3 times it seemed to work a little better. Games would load and although not all the images would load on the store it was working more or less. I was able to buy a few games. Loaded up Arizona Sunshine, played for a little bit. No problem. Stopped for lunch. Came back, turned back on my headset and back to the same problems. Doesn't want to run any games. Struggling to load the store.

I'm running version 68 and I have almost 40 gigs of storage free. Struggling to figure this out.

Further more all these are being played on the Quest 3 standalone. No pcvr or such.

Hey there @Roc.72, we really appreciate you getting in contact about this. As we understand your Quest 3 has had a drop in performance? We'll do our best to get this sorted for you!

First of all, could you check for us that you don't have the "Power Saver" mode turned on in your settings? This can create unintended issues, especially when loading large amounts of content at once.

Furthermore, you mentioned a few troubleshooting steps already, but we'd also like you to try giving the headset a full "Power Cycle", letting the charge completely run out, then recharging to 100%, as well as a Factory Reset if you haven't already.

If these solutions don't work, feel free to respond and we'll look into it. Thanks!
