Nowhere to find a link to be referred to me by my friend (I just bought a Meta Quest 3)

Hi support, I finally bought a meta quest 3 after my friend told me to and he wanted to send me a referral link so that we can both benefit from the 30$ in store credit, it’s been 3 days since we’re searching and we just couldn’t find it , I don’t have it under referrals on the meta horizon app and neither does he, we know that if 7 days pass since the activation of the vr headset it cannot be redeemed, so please support we need your help with this issue asap.

Did your friend send the referral link to you prior to buying the Quest 3? 

As you need to activate the link before the headset is registered on your account.

If the referral was setup before the purchase, please let us know the following in a Private Message (Please do not post personal information on the forum.) and we can look further into this for you.

• Full name on your Meta Quest account
