OCULUS RIFT - NOT FINALIZE TOUCH CONTROLLER SETUP

Good morning, during pairing of the left touch, by pressing the down button + Y, the controller starts flashing and after a few seconds OK appears both in the controller search and in the controller pairing. The last controller finalization step remains blocked. The battery is new. It worked until 3 days ago, then during the game it stopped working, so I'm proceeding with the pairing again, but it doesn't complete the procedure. Is there a solution to this?

Hey there, @luxe001. Thanks for bringing your controller concerns to our attention. We know how much of a necessity it is to allow you to enjoy your time while playing VR, so we'd love to take a further to see what's been going on. 

To help us get started, we would like to continue where you left off by grabbing your PC and the controllers once more to complete the following: 

  • Make sure controllers are clean and free of any third party accessories.
  • On your PC, let's close the PC software, then:
    • Press Windows key + R to launch the Run dialog window
    • Type %AppData%\..\Local\Oculus in the Run box and click OK or press Enter
    • Look for a file named DeviceCache.json and delete it.
    • Launch the Oculus desktop app

With these steps you will need to set up your device once more, but your game files will remain. Once completed, do send us a PM if any issues continue.
