Good morning, during pairing of the left touch, by pressing the down button + Y, the controller starts flashing and after a few seconds OK appears both in the controller search and in the controller pairing. The last controller finalization step remains blocked. The battery is new. It worked until 3 days ago, then during the game it stopped working, so I'm proceeding with the pairing again, but it doesn't complete the procedure. Is there a solution to this?

No unfortunately I also formatted the PC and reinstalled all the software. The left controller during pairing in the first two steps writes OK then does not finalize the pairing, and the icon continues to rotate while the controller stops flashing. My son is desperate.
