Hi - sent email (image attached) and was prompted to use the code on checkout (image attached) but received an error message "your order could not be updated at this time".

Expires 1/2/23 - would like to use it thanks. (Sent private message to support yesterday as well)

Hello. I have been trying to purchase a game with a discount code(image bellow) but once I tried putting the code it says it's invalid. It expires in June 19 and I would appreciate if you can help me out
