OCULUS30 not working

I have received the discount code OCULUS30 by e-mail.
I want to buy a game. The discount code works at checkout. When confirming the payment by the bank, the amount is without a discount. The discount code is valid for a few more days. Even the product card says that I can use it. Game is Population One isn not in sale and i m not uaing store credit.

 

I didnt find any solution for this on your side.

I tried both PC app and also Android app.

I have received this problem too, I have no idea why though

I read lot of people have this issue but i didn`t find any solution online.
