The problem is the company is too big and ARROGANT. They can afford SUFFICIENT & efficient communication channels with customers that work. Sorry for the delay as I have been fighting off the flu a couple of weeks now however I am hopeful to have the vbolg edits complete this weekend. however heres an update for you... Sent the device back to them overnight and sig required so they couldn't say they didn't get it. Sent it back unopened they way I received it. Still no communication from Oculus BBB and DA as well as my Federal Credit Union are all in now. So they can be Arrogant as much as they want to be but it is gonna bite em in the end!
