OVRServer_X64.exe using a whole core.

After a rift aplication crashes the process continues to run with 100% utilisation on a single core.
Restarting an application means the screen basically freezes as the process is already maxing out that core.

Ending the process with task manager after a crash fixes the issue.

This is interesting. Do you know why the application is crashing in the first place? That may give a clue to what is happening here. You should also provide these log files so I can take a closer look: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=23521

Well I managed to make it crash again,
Using VR preview in UE4.

log after I Killed the process.
