Ok I’ll go through this step by step..
put on headset
immediately a screen pops up
the screen advises me to work /meta . I do so
new page says, enter email, I do so. Rejected
In red letters it says, email from school, or an organization is required.. I don’t have either.
I’m 49 I input a fake birthday in fear of scammers, If it didn’t work I could change it , right? Not so easy.. at least for me.. I went to all other accounts connected to meta, facebook, instagram, and so on...
All birthdays correct….?? Listen , I play daily, a brand new quest 3 , quest 2 , decked out with official accessories??? Now useless .. I’ve tried meta support, , bots and links.. no human support, just a email days later to say , nothing we can do.. ??? #frustrated#

We see you're having trouble getting your device set up. It sounds like your headset has booted into business mode somehow. You can easily fix this by factory resetting the device.
