Hi, we havent used our console for a little while and all was working ok then this morning it kept crashing and restarting. Said some of the apps weren't working and os data. I don't really want to factory reset as I haven't been able to pair it to the app on my phone as couldn't find the code anywhere. So not sure if our purchases will have been backed up. Saw there was an update Xmas 24 and some models might need replacing, when I type the serial number in its not recognising it. Anyone have any ideas please?
