I have restarted my Occulus headset and it works for a while and then freezes up again.
Can you please help me?

Hey there, @katyblooms! We can definitely understand your concerns regarding your headset freezing up shortly after turning it on/restarting it, and we'd be glad to help out! First try and ensure that your cloud backup is enabled, if you can in between freezes. See if you can perform a factory reset on the device by using the steps below:
